Shipping: All products will be shipped ground and are guaranteed for delivery in North America within 4-6 weeks, though usually will arrive much sooner. International orders should allow 6 weeks for delivery. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. The shipping vendor will be responsible for delivery and arrival of your order.

Return Policy: All sales are final, and returns are not permitted.

Exchange Policy: We will gladly exchange your product should you find defect. All exchange items must be received by placemachine.com within 90 days from the date of order. To cover the costs of shipping the product back to Place, placemachine.com will re-imburse the customer with an equal amount of store credit. Placemachine.com will re-ship the new product from our warehouse at no additional cost.
